Membership Rules and Release of Liability you agree to upon purchase:

  • I understand that my Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • I understand that my Membership is no longer valid after its expiration date.
  • I understand that in order to cancel my Auto-Pay Membership, I need to send an email to info@bikramnl.com 2 weeks prior to my auto pay date and that all other forms of cancelation will not be accepted.
  • I understand this agreement shall continue on a monthly basis after the 1 month minimum until cancelled following the cancellation requirements.
  • I understand that I am allowed to suspend my Membership 1 time per year for a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 8 weeks and shall do so in writing to info@bikramnl.com 2 weeks prior to the requested suspension time.
  • I understand that I will receive the special discounted VIRTUAL DEBUT PRICE of €35 per month for as long as I stay on the contract.
  • I understand that I must reserve online for classes to ensure my spot.
  • I understand if I reserve for class and do not cancel 5 minutes prior to the start of class I can be charged a NO SHOW/LATE CANCEL FEE of €5.
  • I understand that this membership is for personal use only and not to be shared with anyone else without written consent and permission from BYDH.

    • Monthly AutoPay Membership Agreement

    
Description of Membership: this is an unlimited monthly membership allowing you full use of virtual resources (live classes and online library) at Bikram Yoga Den Haag. This membership shall commence on the starting date and last for a minimum of at least 1 month.


    Frequency of Payments Payments will be automatically charged monthly to the credit card or bank account (IBAN) you provide below on the day the agreement commences. Months are billed in advance. No prior notice will be given. You will receive and email informing you when the charge has been made.

    
Automatic Recurring Payment Failure If your automatic recurring payment is declined, you will be contacted by phone or email. We may permanently restrict your ability to use certain payment method if that payment method fails multiple times. REMEMBER if your Automatic Recurring Payment fails, you will need to provide another payment method. In the event any payment is not made and you do not make a payment by the end of your billing cycle, your privileges to use BYDH virtual resources will be revoked.

    
Cancellation of Automatic Recurring Payment You may cancel your membership at any time after first month with a written notice by email info@bikramnl.com 2 weeks prior to the next payment date. The special membership price of €35 is good for as long as you remain on the program.


    Continuation of Automatic Recurring Payment The monthly payments will continue for as long as you stay on the contract after the 1 month minimum is met. Only by following the cancellation rules will it cease.


    Changing Automatic Recurring Payment Method If you would like to change your Automatic Recurring Payment, including, for example, making a change from one credit/debit card that was initially selected to another credit/debit card, you must authorize the recurring payment with the new credit/debit card by notifying Bikram Yoga Den Haag in writing. Your new information will be implemented before your next billing cycle for your membership.

    
Suspension of Automatic Recurring Payment Suspension of your Automatic Recurring Payment will be allowed for medical reasons which preclude you from attending class for a minimum of one month or longer, which must be supported by a note from a physician showing date of injury/illness and time not allowed to practice Bikram Yoga. Your membership will be suspended for the length of time specified, at which time your membership will be reactivated. This Agreement is non-transferable and non-refundable.

    AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS

    
By providing my credit card / bank details (IBAN) information (“Payment Method”), I AGREE that I have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Payment Agreement. In addition, I authorize Bikram Yoga Den Haag or Bikram Yoga Rotterdam to charge €35,00 once every month for a minimum of 1 month and to the specified Payment Method; and I authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method, specified below to charge my account and remit payment for membership to Bikram Yoga Den Haag. This authority will remain in effect until I give written notification, as required under this Agreement to terminate this authorization. I agree to the general terms and conditions as stated on the website www.bikramnl.com. Note: credit card information is stored in a secure format on MindbodyOnline, whereby employees of BYDH do not have full access to all numbers and details of your credit card and therefor cannot authorize payment for anything further than what you have agreed to here.
