In Studio Classes – How does it work?
We are so happy to see you back! There are some rules in place to keep us all safe and make sure everything works smoothly. Please make sure you are familiar with all of it. If you have any questions, please ask when you come to take class or send us an email.
All of these measures are in place for:
- Your safety
- The safety of others
- Allows us to stay open & operate as a safe business.
Thank you for your cooperation, support & understanding!

Arrival & check in for classes is 20 – 5 minutes before the class. The door is locked at 5 minutes.
What to bring with you:
- Proper sticky yoga mat (60 cm x 180 cm) no camping mats or fitness pads.
- Large towel to cover the ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE MAT – mat/towel combo-in-one do not count – you will sweat and need an absorbent towel!
- Extra towel for drying yourself off after class.
- Plastic bags to put your wet towels in after class.
- Water bottle to drink water before and after class – please do not put your head under the sink! Or buy a coconut water from us.
🔥 TO THE YOGA ROOM 🔥
- Remove your shoes at the front
- Sanitize your hands
- Check in at front desk with teacher and show your QR code (coronabewijs)
- Proceed back to yoga room
- Use the toilets BEFORE you enter the yoga room
- Place your mat covering the number and between the hooks painted on the floor.
DURING CLASS
- Enjoy being together again and moving, holding still and breathing with a common purpose: TO MOVE BETTER. TO FEEL BETTER.
- For each breathing exercise your teacher will give an extra explanation about to ensure proper technique, which is to NOT push the air far away from you.
- Work to keep your breathing slow and always in and out through your nose.
- You will never be pressured to do everything. Whenever you feel you need a break, sit down and focus on your breath.
- When laying on the floor & doing transitions for the next posture, move with the instructions & others around you; for distancing purposes.
AFTER CLASS
- The teacher will lead you in a guided relaxation at the end of class and then give instructions on leaving the room.
- When the teacher has ended the class please keep your time in the yoga room brief so we can get the room ready for the next class.
- Please keep your time in the changing rooms and toilets brief as well. Keep your ‘spa’ activities for home 😉
Early Cancel, Late Cancel & No-Show Policy
- We want to give everyone who wants to take class the chance to do so. We are working with a limited capacity, and quite often waitlists therefor we have a strict NO SHOW & LATE CANCEL POLICY.
- When you do not show up for class or cancel less than 8 hours before the start time of the class you will be charged. If you late cancel or no show 3 times in 1 month we remove your booking privileges for 2 weeks.
- If you have an unlimited pricing option (Intro Month, Monthly Membership, Month Unlimited or Year Card Unlimited) you will be charged €15 LATE FEE to the bank details we have on file or added to your account which will need to be paid the next time you visit the yogaschool.
- If you have a lesson card, you will be charged as though you visited the lesson plus a €5 LATE FEE.
- We want this policy to be a deterrent and not something we have to enforce, please help us on this and respect the booking & cancellation window that is in place. It is only fair to enable those who want to take class the chance to do so.
- Please don’t put us in the position of judging whether or not your reason for late cancel is a good one or not.
We have a few handy things in place to help you in preventing this from happening:
- Each booking confirmation email that you receive has an attachment that allows you to add the lesson to your agenda – then you can set your agenda to remind you.
- You are sent an email reminder 1 day before at 14:00 for you class booking the next day.
What specific measures are in place to ensure a safe yoga environment? (COVID-19 related)
- Limited capacity per class. We are only allowing 80% of our full capacity, so as to keep more distance for participants.
- Corona Pass check for each class required. (starting November 6, 2021)
- Online reservations are required for all classes which also limits payment contact at the yoga school.
- Contactless sign in for each class. As we have your reservation you will only be asked your name if we don’t already know you.
- With each online reservation a confirmation email is sent asking each participant that they must be able to answer NO to the health questions required by the RIVM.
- Require participants to stand in designated spots in the yoga room.
- Heating system has always worked by refreshing the air constantly during each lesson; at least 6 – 10 per hour.
- Heating system has been adjusted to allow for maximum capacity of fresh air to be brought in.
- Heating system has been adjusted to block air recirculation.
- Thorough cleaning measures in place before and after every lesson.
- Extra instructions during each lesson with regards to the breathing exercises to proper technique is used rather than pushing air out.
