Bikram Yoga is for beginners and advanced
Bikram Yoga is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. It is a unique series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that can, but is not limited to, strengthening the five systems of the body: the respiratory, circulatory, muscular, nervous and hormonal system. As a result you feel relaxed, energetic and physically fit.

I have decided to change the name but that doesn’t mean I am going to rush this, since I have already been working on a rebrand for a while. Therefore it will take a little longer before I can share my ambitions with the school and the name with you.
The lessons
Each class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, 90 minutes at 40 degrees Celsius. In a Bikram Yoga class you utilize your whole body. You develop strength, flexibility, balance and stamina all the while creating peace in your mind.
The postures
The Bikram Yoga series is designed so that each posture builds on the previous one. The series demonstrates a good combination between Western knowledge of science and medicine (anatomy) and Eastern knowledge of postures (asanas) and breath (pranayama) and meditation.
For beginners
You do not have to be flexible, you do not need to be fit, you just have to show up and try to the best of your ability. Yoga is for everyone and every type of body Due to the heat, you can safely work to stretch and relax your muscles and joints. As a beginner, as well as an advanced yogi, you do what you can and learn and build at your own pace.
